The Brief
We were asked by the clients to come up with a completely new design for this awkward shaped garden. A dining area and space for the kids trampoline were part of the brief. It had to be a low maintenance garden one which would incorporate the new extension.
The Result
We removed the existing trees to open up the garden to more light. Curves are used throughout in the design to mirror the large curved boundry wall. A new high fence was installed to create privacy while letting light through. A large curved sandstone patio was installed with paths leading of
to the existing shed and side access. The grass was stepped up to create a scuptural element within the garden and the raised cement rendered beds help to break the long rear wall.
